Masks For The Community
In wake of the Covid-19 Pandemic, one of the most meaningful moments in my career was stitching over 700 cloth masks in the early days of the pandemic shut-down, all donated to local at-risk neighbors of North Shore Music Theatre. This project continued, spearheaded by Facilities Manager, Heather Romani, until the theatre ran out of any and all supplies that could be transformed into masks. The color purple was used as much as possible to honor General Manager Karen Nascembeni, who was hospitalized with the coronavirus at the time.
